Who Owns This Blog?
There are a couple of authors on The Chicken Diaries at the moment. Although if you would like to write, you are welcome to join the family.
You can read more about the authors through the Authors section, but here’s a quick summary -
PacificBlue Hanly – founder, writer, lover of fantasy fashion, breedables, and neice to Aunty Audrie.
AuntyAudrie Placebo – answers to the names of Aunty, Aunt, Audrie, or any permutation of those, but nothing else. Retired, breedable lover, looking for love.
New for 2010 – PacificBlack Placebo
How Do I Contact You Guys?
IMs : We both respond to personal IMs, although belong to a lot of groups, so often find our IMs capped. IM : PacificBlue Hanly or AuntyAudrie Placebo.
Emails : Both Pacific and Aunty Audrie have email addresses. You will find the email links on the sidebar of this blog.
TCD Email : There is an overall email address (and plurk account) for The Chicken Diaries. Email us all
Contact Form : There is a simple contact form on this blog for you to use. Generally Pacific will pick these up and respond quickly.
Plurk and Twitter: Pacific is on Plurk. AuntyAudrie is on Twitter. Both, however, aren’t regular users of those sites. The Chicken Diaries now also has a Plurk account, used to update with news which feeds through onto this blog.
Why – “The Chicken Diaries” ?
Just because. This started off as a simple diary to do with a sionChicken experiment onboard at the Pacific Paradise estate. Besides, Pacific couldn’t be bothered coming up with some witty second life blog title. This blog is interested in anything to do with all matters in Second Life – including, it seems, an interest in chickens. Go figure.
We now have more than a passing interest, however in ALL Breedables within Second Life, and a bit on fashion – particularly fantasy fashion, and a lot of interest in photography, props and poses. So, we have special categories for all of these, and summary pages pointing out the best posts, links, information and some FAQs on our interest topics -
- Fantasy Fashion Files – a roundup of all the fantasy fashion posts we’ve put up on this blog.
- Photography, Props & Poses – we post up about props, poses and some photography tools we find along the way.
- Breedables - sionChickens, Petable Turtles, Ozimals Bunnies, HunnyBunny Bunnies – we have pages and pages on most of these.
