Having only just finished blogging about Sugar Mill poses, I was enthralled to find that some of these poses are being offered for 50% off at a different SIM. This turned out to be at O-Magine HomeWorks, where you can find the Sugar Mill poses scattered around the SIM. However, there’s more than that – O-Magine HomeWorks are also offering 50% off their house prefabs, and furniture packs – the later being from Mudhoney Designs.
Both O-Magine HomeWorks and Mudhoney Design’s owners are celebrating their rezdays with 50% off this weekend.
To celebrate the owner’s rezzdays this year, this weekend brings the O-Magine HomeWorks full sim sale, with 50% off. All of the prefabs (aside from those available as L$10 hunt items or as freebies) are available at 50% off from 26th to 28th June. Furniture packs – supplied by Mudhoney Designs, are also for sale. And now you can purchase individual furniture packs from inside the prefabs also.
Freebie-wise, the full beach home which is available free in the Fun in the Sun hunt has been blogged about before. Follow the beach balls for this one, and find the beach ball inside to pick up this very very nice prefab home. This is only available until the end of the month, so get in quick.
Prefabs found at O-Magine HomeWorks are all in muted brown colourings, with natural woods and brick tones. Having the furniture inside of some of them makes them that much more attractive on viewing, brightening up the interiors with colourful or funky but comfortable furnishings that Mudhoney is known for. The houses come with controls for windows, lights and doors.
I think my own favourite has to be the modernistic design with a curved stairway. This goes up to two well-laid out and large bedrooms. Downstairs there are multiple living rooms available, and a deck. The prefab is well structured and set off perfectly with some red and black furniture by MudHoney. And at half price this weekend, it is very affordable at L$1250. Another covetable one includes a large basement, decorated out as a games room. The only negative thing I could find with that house design is the use of a spiral staircase in the corner, spanning three floors. I managed to fall off this so many times I thought I’d have to cam up to see the top floor’s mezzanine. One of these days I’ll learn how to gracefully manouvre on a spiral staircase.
Incidentally, on the top details photo I also happened to accidentally catch a photo of the celebrating rezz-day owner, Omaire Abattoir himself. I hope he doesn’t mind finding himself posing in front of another favourite O-Magine house of mine.
