Ozimals Bunnies | Breed Posters Available for Free

by PacificBlue on February 1, 2010

We’ve been meaning for sometime to post about another blog which is currently holding the biggest database of images for Ozimals bunnies, Wyrmwood Online.

L0rissia Fraisse put together a large database of breeds for Ozimals commencing early on in the beta days. Once Ozimals went live, with new coats for each breed, and additional eye colours, it became a community effort to complete this image gallery.

The first installment of this gallery was subsequently designed into a Thinc book by WindRider Taiyang, and made available in-world. This thinc book of Bunny Breeds should always be free to copy and distribute.

However, sadly some people have abused the generosity of both Lorissia’s and WindRider’s work, and there have been reports of these books being sold by others. A Version 2 of this ThincBook is now available officially.

As of today, Larissia has now provided copies of the Breed image gallery as free full perm posters. These are available from the Wyrmwood in-world store, and via notifications in the Breedable AI Pets & Gadgets in-world group. They can be used in Ozimals merchants stores, given out to your customers, or given to bunny fans. As with the Thinc book, you should never pay money for these.

Slurls and URLS:

  • Read about these posters at the Wyrmwood Blog, or see the full image database online there.
  • Pick up the posters at Wyrmwood
  • [Updated with correct spelling of Lorissia's name, apologies for that]

Sorry to be so stupid but I cannot find the answer to a simple question anywhere and cannot find how to ask on this site…
I refer to the food for the rabbits,,, Does it matter which of us in the group buys the food or will the rabbits reacts as they do in RL and eat food left by anyone?
My partner and I both have rabbits in the same pen and so far SHE has the food and water out,, is that sufficient or should I also put food and water out?..
We don’t want them to die,

I have sent a response to Metric’s email address for this comment, but for any others with similar questions I would suggest the following –

Seek out any answers you can find firstly via the Ozimals Support system – there is an Ozimals Community Forum, and Support Site which contains a knowledgebase or manual for the bunnies. The links to these can be found on our own Ozimals Info Page or on the sidebar here at The Chicken Diaries.

Even then, there will always be questions which aren’t immediately answered on those support sites, so I would thoroughly recommend that you join up with the Ozimals Orations and Updates group in-world. On that group you will always find somebody ready to help you with an answer, including Ozimals CSRs, previous beta testers, newly learnt Ozimals owners or the actual Ozimals owners. Ozimals are a complicated system of settings and behaviours – part of the joy of owning an Ozimal’s bunny – so there really is no such thing as a stupid question. Believe me, I’ve been full of them all the time.

In response to Metric’s specific question here – he or she has probably already worked this out by now – but Ozimals bunnies do not have to have food set to group to eat from it. Of more importance to many is the setting of range (in Metric’s case, the bunnies are in the same pen as the partner bunnies, so probably share the same home and range settings), and the setting of the correct nutrition levels for whether the bunnies will be used for breeding or not.
