I was visiting Coutere Chapeau for several reasons – primarily because the store is in the Peace on Earth Hunt, offering a white feathery women’s outfit as a hunt gift.
But I’d already been the day or so before, because most of Coutere Chapeau goods are trans permissions okay. I bought up several male hats and the prepared hat hair to give to my cousin, Black for Christmas. Then I looked around the store completely, and started noticing the things from The Prop Shop.
Here are a few of my favourites, then -
Pose Low Prim Words
If you click on the ‘TP’ word outside the store you can chair up to the Words demo area. Here, several low prim large words are on display. You can choose from ‘Share’, ‘Joy’, ‘HoHoHo’, ‘Hope’, ‘Love’, ‘Give’, ‘Happy Rez Day’, ‘Peace on Earth’, ‘Sale’, ‘New’, ‘Hunt’, and ‘ROFL’. All of these contain a pose or animation – you’ll have to try them all to see what your avatar gets up to.
The Words or Phrases sell for from L$25 – 50. As with most of the other Coutere Chapeau and The Pose Shop goods, these are also transfer perms, so would make a good gift for a pose-loving friend (or in some cases, a store owner) for Christmas.
Champagne Bottle Photo Display
This large bottle comes for L$250. The textures on the bottle are modifiable with your own, plus the bottle already comes with several for both top and bottom labels – that 2009 you see on the demo texture can be changed to 2010 for instance, and you can add ‘Happy Rezday’ as one example to the bottom label. The bottom label provides a 30 second slideshow of your own textures.
The champagne glass can have its bubbles adjusted, and it gives out glasses of champagne to your friends or guests.
Ultimate Shopaholic Flying Broom
This is my present for my Aunt, but don’t tell her. I’m reasonably safe at the moment that she won’t be reading this blog, but you never know what gossip she’s privy to once she gets back in-town.And I hope she gets the thrill out of it as intended, rather than thinking I’ve insulted the witch in her. L$299 for a airborne shopping broom for that shopping witch of yours. It has sound also.
TinMan Shoulder Doll
For L$250, this little shoulder buddy tinman has six HUD-controlled animations and a sound effect. There’s even a demo under the vendor poster to try them out. He’s going to be a present for my cousin too (and there’s absolutely no chance of him reading this blog ). Cute, huh?
