Voshie Paine of La Petite Morte does modeling props, not in a big way, but the Photo Sets which are available are of great quality and should be in every blogger or fashion models repertoire. The latest scene out is the Rainy Evening Photo Set.
All of the four (so far) photo sets available sell for a very reasonable L$300, and each introduces a number of texture changes for your photography set. The first photo set which came to my – and many other bloggers’ attentions – was the Hall Photo Set. This was sent out as a free gift via the Digital Showcase Network for those in the Props & Poses channel.
Each Photo Set comes with texture changes, and accessories, but with no poses included. This is unlike several other prop creators, who often incorporate poses into their props or scenes. La Petite Morte’s Photo Sets give you the option to use your own collection of poses and furniture or accessories.
Photo Set Hall
This hall set is only 10 prims, and contains 7 changeable textures for the walls, 6 textures for the floor, 7 textures for the ceiling and another 7 for the door.
The Hall set also comes with chairs, lamp and a table, which are not linked to the main set so that you can move them, or not use them.
Photo Set Bare
The 16 prim Bare photo set also has several texture changes in the walls, floor, ceiling and the rug. There is also a set of chairs, table and ceiling lamp to go with this, again optional in usage.
Photo Set Nature
The 20 prim Nature photo set is a scene set around a weeping tree. There is a little tree stump incorporated, and an optional watering can. The ground can be texture changed from grass to a flower field.
Photo Set Rainy Evening
The latest Photo Set out, only today, is the Rainy Evening set. This is 29 prims, and includes a transparent texture, and a smog sky texture. This particular set is modifiable allowing you to include any other textures you may wish into the scene.
The set comes with an upended umbrella, smoggy street lamp, and yes – animated rain. The street lamp is not linked to the set, so can be used elsewhere also.
