Previously this blog discovered Ambiance Furniture, and we have now had the fortune of using and admiring the Summerset Bathroom Suite in-situ. We don’t have a contemporary prefab house, and our island is very tropical. So the bathroom suite is now beautifully established inside an old darkened wood building overlooking a tropical landscape, ocean and waterfalls.
Even competing against such an openly rustic backdrop, the Summerset Bathroom collection shines with quality and detailed features.
Ambiance Summerset in Earthtones
Ambiance’s Summerset Bathroom includes -
- Large marbled couples shower – containing single female, male and couple showering animations, and two open-close doors, with a marbled shelf at the back to hold accessories. The taps turn on the water, whilst a menu produces the animation option.
- A potty (or toilet as we British would call it) with three different usage animations – one standing up of course.
- Toilet paper holder
- A double basin with mirrors above, and shelves containing towels below – the basins produce steam on touch, and the basins offer single or pair animations including offering a hairdryer, hairbrush, toothbrush or razor. The razors not just for males, either. Select the female option, and you can shave your legs!
- A pedestal bath tub with animated water from the tap / faucet and steam on touch. This also comes with male, female and couple animations for bathing and soaking.
- Three hanging lamps – lights on or off, two sets of candles – in groups or singles
- Two desk picture frames for your own pictures
- Wall shelves containing candles and other accessories
- Three different soap dishes with soap
- Two different sets of shampoo bottles
- A hamper
- A table with fluffy towels beneath
- Two potted plants
- Two sets of wall hangings
- One set of mirrors.

The main furniture works in unison, with one-click menus offering four texture changes – from a charcoal set to a cream one. But it’s not even these options which truly impressed me, it’s the intricate details. All of the items in this collection are beautifully designed with attention to curves and how the furniture looks from all angles.
For instance, the basins and shower all have plug holes, and double taps allow you to fill the basins with running water, or empty a basin by clicking one of the taps. Because I have a tall avatar, in the options for the basins I can set positions to allow for my feet to not disappear into the floor whilst using the poseballs provided, as another example.

The sculpted bath-tub offers a number of couple bathing and cuddling positions.
Multiple single and couple options at the double basins, and both genders can shave, brush hair or teeth or simply wash.
My cousin has never seen me naked before until now - so both he and you can make the most of my showering butt in this shot of the Summerset shower unit.
